Chemistry, INTSOCI and PE midterms- Done, done and done :)
I survived my first ever midterms in my life. Chemistry was just easy- easy as in the exam was only composed of 5 questions and very much not what I have reviewed and memorized. I fckin’ read three long chapters, but none was asked. Nainis ako dahil ang dali lang ng exam :| HAHA, ang yabang >:) I was expecting kase na it will be like identification + solving. I stand corrected.
INTSOCI (Introduction to Sociology) was easy. I think the reviewer I did was worth it. The coverage of the exam is from chapter 1 to 3, and its no joke reading a chapter because its damn long + there’s a lot of terms >:) Since I’m absent for like two weeks, I don’t know what the hell chapter three is all about. Anyway, since I’m desperate and I know deep inside that I can’t input any information in my head anymore, I made a reviewer and swore to God that I’ll study the summarized reviewer before going to school. It took me almost till 1 am to finish it. Pero, hanggang chapter 2 lang nagawa ko :( I memorized terms, and read a lot of stuff at school. In my dismay, true or false na 1-45 and multiple choice na 1-50 ang exam :( HAHA. I did okay naman atleast :) What will happen to me if it was in the “identification format” >:) OH GEESH, I can’t afford to suck in the exams anymore! ‘Cause I did bad on PE (FWDANCE), not “bad-bad” pero still, its a score that I didn’t expect at all :| :| :|
On the brighter side, Mr. I-make-a-big-deal-out-of-the-pettiest-things is now Mr. happy-shalalala-its-so-nice-to-be-happy :)) :)) He suddenly became mabait (he’s mabait naman talaga, strcit lang). Tapos, may nasigawan siyang student. Girls kase nasa loob, tas yung guy classmates namin sa labas niya pinagpapractice ng dance. He went out to check if the guys were practicing, and then he suddenly shouted at someone. As in super SHOUT talaga =)) He even scolded him. And then he realized it was not our classmate :)) :)) :)) The student was a just a victim of maling akala. Basta it was funny. He even laughed at his own mistake :)) WHICH RARELY HAPPENS.
ANYWAY.
THANK GOD midterms is all over. I can now move on with my life :|
You might be wondering how the hell I managed to change my layout despite my complicated college life, and why the heck I did. I’ll answer the second one. Its because one time I was googling stuff, I saw this cute blue background with the moon and stars (the one I’m using right now) on it, and I was inspired right then to make a layout out of it. I also saw a lot of great pictures of Kim Bum and Kim So Eun. It inspired me to give birth to another layout,and boom, it happened. I did this for a day, plus another day to put it into the “coding stuff”. I didn’t exactly “code”, I just modified it. I manage to have the time because I was stuck at home for a week, remember? Instead of reviewing for midterms, I did that xD Oooops. NO, I was doing my project in MATAPRE and thought of also doing it. There.
Right now, I’m cramming… and blogging =)) I know, I’m such an a-hole. I have to read two chapters of my Chemistry book. I didn’t know that a chapter is like 40+ pages long >:( In total, I have to read 90+ pages. The first pages was kinda okay, I mean, the book was telling me about the air we breath. Psssshhhh, big deal. And then when I reached like the 5th page, I’m seeing scientific notations. I scanned the following pages, and I saw MORE. Chemistry and I are friends, but not BFFs >:) Well atleast, we’re partly getting along well- unlike MATH >:( Now, I’m writing a reviewer in a yellow pad. I just started writing important terms just now because I was hesitant on making a reviewer at first because I think it was heck a waste of time. Di ba, instead of just reading from the book and retaining it to your memory, why do I have to rewrite? Its gonna take me forever if I’ll rewrite important stuff. And then I got desperate. When I reached Chapter Two, I was feeling dizzy. Don’t know why, but it happened. And then I encountered SUPER OUT OF THIS WORLD terms. In my case it is. Basta difficult terms that requires a little concentration. By 9:00 pm of tonight, I then decided to make the effin’ reviewer = yeah, the “rewriting the important terms” one. I started from the first chapter. I realized that, if I’m not gonna finish reading everything, I still have the “reviewer” for me to read while riding on the jeep and the bus. Its the summarized part. There.
You should see my handwriting, it’s also OUT OF THIS WORLD xD I stopped for a while, and opened the PC because its tempting to blog =)) I was about to write “conservation”, but I kept on writing “conversation” on my yellow pad instead- like twice I think. Its evident that 1.) I’m tired, 2.) I’m not a naturally born Chemistry lover/liker/ WHATEVER, 3.) I’m thinking of blogging the whole time, 4.) Chemistry bores me to death, 5.) I wanna sleep. I mean, I’d rather blog than read chemistry stuff. OH BOY, SUE ME FOR BEING LIKE THAT. I’m trying to build interests on subjects that doesn’t like me at all- I’m just giving myself a break from all the reading, its not that I running away from it, that’s just it.
I’m just wishing God mercy :| For me, specifically. Like, to not let my teacher include the FCKING CHAPTER TWO to the midterms tomorrow… ’cause he (my prof) didn’t include it to his discussion last time. BLAH. Or if he did, hopefully, he’ll not include the computations parts ’cause scientific notations suck big time- WE’RE STARTING TO HATE EACH OTHER >:) And oh, I’m bringing my scientific calculator tomorrow, and I WILL NOT FORGET IT THIS TIME >:) Oh boy wait, balancing equations & Lewis Structure thingy- yeah, I also suck at those :( Science hated me even before I live :((
Another story. I went to school yesterday for the clearance. I was out of the house by 8 am, and arrived DLSU by 9 am. Traveling was a breeze. No traffic. But I was standing on the bus the whole time :( So there, I went to the clinic. I was trying not to cough the WHOLE TIME! They asked me stuff, and a doctor checked me. She was hesitant to clear me. But I keep on insisting that my cough was more severe on Monday… that I was kinda healed or something. Ofcourse she didn’t buy it. She was worried that I still have a “little” cough even after a week. She even asked me to “cough” for her. LOL, she must have noticed that I was holding it the whole time. In the end, I was approved to go to school tomorrow. Yeheyyyyyyy. Then went to the Vice Dean’s office (CLA) to give the green slip that the clinic gave me. The girl ask me to write my subjects and professors. Then I forgot my Sociology professor’s name :| OOOOOPPPPSSSSS. The surname was long, I just forgot. I remember some, but I think I incorrectly arranged it. Stupidity to the highest level :|
After school, I went to Festival Mall to watch Hannah Montana The Movie with my sister and grandmother. The movie rocks. I love Miley Cyrus more. I know everyone’s hating her, but I never did. Ever since. I like watching her shows, and her songs that usually my sister listens to in high volume. I’m not the SUPER fan, but I’m not one of her “haters”. She’s cool. The movie’s awesome. I wanna cry T__T KIDDING. We also bought VCDs from Astrovision: Twilight (I’ve always wanted to watch it again!), 50 First Dates (the first time I watched it, I got teary eyed) and Yours, Mine, Ours (love this movie, it’s a chaos + family love). We already watched those a long time ago, we just like to watch it again… and again :)
I spent my 1.2K for that mall trip T__T The 1.2K was my savings because I am planning to buy the 12K iPod Touch =( But now its gone. I have to start saving all over again. I hated myself for the lack of discipline. Sometimes I wanna lock up those money in a toolbox and bury it so as I can’t get my hands on it. Seriously, one day I’ll do it xD
Listening to 2NE1’s “I Don’t Care”. Mannnn, these girls were awesome.
Wish me luck with tomorrow’s midterms. Its the first midterm I’m having. Wow, college =) I’m still praying here for God’s mercy :| Now off I go to my reviewer. Ahem. Sorry for the wordy blog post.
GOING ON HIATUS FOR NOW.
I’m back. I thought I will never find the motivation to even open my dashboard. Well the reason I was here, typing, is because my school won’t let me go to school. YEAH. Ironic isn’t it. I’m stuck here at home for another week, doing my projects and homeworks. Last week I was down with the fever. I went to school in the morning, and went home by 12 ’cause I’m having muscular pains and headaches. I DIDN’T GO TO THE CLINIC because of the fear that they’ll blocked my ID. Then I was okay by Monday. I was forced to go to the clinic last Monday to get the slip that I can show to my professors, so as they can clear my absences. I was checked by the school doctor, and was told to stay at home for another week since its their policy that after if you have a fever, there’s another 7 days that you have to wait. It was sad.
And midterms is haunting me. I don’t even know what the heck is happening in my Sociology subject! ‘Cause whenever I attempt going to school, its always a Monday, so I hardly reached Tuesday. I’m totally disoriented. I don’t know if I’m ever gonna pass. HAHA.
LIST, LIST, LIST….
1. I want to change my blog. As in change everything. But I don’t have the time. I’m not even interested in blogging anymore, well ’cause I don’t know what to put. School stuff? Puhlease.
2. I want a new Tumblr. But yeah same problem, what to fill?
3. I’m trying Google tricks. Haha, fun.
4. I love Plurk. Its giving me a karma up everytime I plurk.

6. My laptop’s not yet internet-fied. So there, its boring. I keep on playing Ranch Rush.
I’m back. It seems like ages ago since the last time I updated. My brain is not set for long pragraphs right now, so I’ll blog in list form.
SCHOOL RELATED:
1. We have our first Sociology quiz last Tuesday. I think I did okay? Hopefully, ’cause I forgot some terms, but was able to answer the enumeration type of thingy. Crossing my fingers for a good score.
2. We watched the “Rizal Is My President” play last Friday. It was a requirement, so there. I had to stay late @ school. I got home by 11 pm which made the people in my house worried sick xD
3. We still don’t have the effin’ school handbook :|
4. The school counselor discussed something about the grades. Something like. Like, we are only allowed to have 24 unit failures for the whole stay in La Salle. Something like that. Maximum of 18 naman for Froshies. Sobra akong na-pressure.
5. I went to my very first Kape’t Sabaw courtesy of Writer’s Guild. Got engage on a small talk to some upperclassmen. I met a sophomore, and she’s also taking Communication Arts. Her block’s also LR17 when she’s a frosh. So there.
6. MAHHHH GADDDD. We were told to form groups, and critic other people’s works. They were like, writing poems and stuff. And I’m not a poetic person. I don’t even know how to interpret a poetry, unless its mababaw. I’m not just that deep of a person you know T__T
7. Well I blog, and I write fanfictions. But that was 2 years ago! And they told us like, to bring any story or anything related to the genre we discussed the last time: Fairytale parody na gore. So ako parang, what the heck. Hanngang lab story lang ang kaya ko dude.
8. They were just intimidating people. As in you cannot say that they suck with writing. Man, they’re good.
9. SURVEY-related groupwork for INTSOCI & ENGLCOM.
10. Done with my ENGLCOM presentation. Now I know how to pronounce “categories” in a right way =)) Thanks miss.
11. I realized that people can be mababaw.
12. I signed up for ELL again. Mine’s starting August. It suck. ‘Cause I signed for the June thing, pero I wasn’t able to attend because of a lot of matters. Sayang. It will be a great help sana for my ENGLCOM class if I attended earlier. Darn.
